1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Form submissions — when you submit a business contact form we collect your company name, full name, email or phone number, business category, and message contents.
• WhatsApp messages — if you contact us through WhatsApp (number registered with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API), we receive your WhatsApp profile name, phone number, message contents (text, images, documents, voice, video), and message metadata (timestamps, message IDs) via Meta's webhook.
• Email correspondence — if you email us, we receive your name (if included in the From header), email address, subject, body, and any attachments.
• Browsing data — anonymized analytics (page views, referrers, locale, screen size) used to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use your data

• To reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation
• To match your inquiry with verified supply partners or independent-site templates in our network
• To draft response suggestions using AI assistance (Anthropic's Claude language model). Every AI-generated draft is reviewed by a human before being sent.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
• To improve our service through aggregated analytics

3. Third-party services we use (data processors)

We share the minimum data needed to operate the service with these providers:

• Meta Platforms Inc. — hosts our WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Your WhatsApp messages and metadata pass through Meta's servers.
• Anthropic, PBC — provides the Claude language model used to draft responses. Inquiry contents may be sent to the Anthropic API. Anthropic does not use the data to train models.
• SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — handles inbound and outbound email.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts our website (Pages) and provides CDN, security and object storage (R2) services.
• Lark / Feishu (ByteDance Ltd.) — internal team collaboration tool; assigned account managers see inquiries inside Lark.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — typically 36 months from your last interaction. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).

5. Cross-border data transfers

Link4a operates from China. The processors above operate servers globally, primarily in the United States, the European Union, and Singapore. By submitting your information you consent to your data being transferred and processed outside your country of residence.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Delete — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent — opt out of further communication at any time
• Object / Portability — ask us to stop processing, or to export your data

7. Children

Our services are intended for business-to-business communication. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. If you believe we have, please email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, and role-based access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend you do not send sensitive personal data (national ID numbers, financial credentials) over WhatsApp or email.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
